Raggiana Bird of Paradise Study

The Raggiana Bird of Paradise, this was a study for the piece that was done as part of a 16 pieces that were exhibited to HRH Prince Edward during his visit to PNG in 2025. This bird of Paradise is sometimes known as the Greater bird of Paradise, an an endemic species to PNG and the same one featured on the National Flag of PNG in Gold. This was the first attempt to get the vision correct before transferring them to more than life-sized canvas for the private gallery display.
